Refund & Returns Policy

At Enriched, all products are custom-made and manufactured to order specifically for each customer. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we operate a strict no-refund and no-return policy except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Made-to-Order Products

All orders placed with Enriched are produced according to the specifications selected by the customer at the time of purchase. As each item is created exclusively for the individual order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size, colour, or specification selected by the customer
• Customer preference after production has commenced
• Delays caused by third-party shipping carriers
• Failure to read product descriptions or specifications before purchase

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct prior to checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order placed, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Supporting photographs and a description of the issue may be required for assessment.

Where a manufacturing defect or fulfilment error is verified, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Repair the item;
• Replace the item; or
• Provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer rights legislation.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by law, all custom-made, personalised, and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. Customers may retain rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods as provided by law.
